Listing of restaurants in area will be provided. Class Location:      Columbia Heights Police / Fire Training Room                                    841 41st Ave. NE                                    Columbia Heights MN 55421  This is an approved NIMS course. Once you complete this 3 day course you will be considered a COML(T) or COML in training. If you are not already part of the HSEM (Homeland Security Emergency Management) TRT (Training Registration and Tracking) Program, please visit: Once registered your NIMS courses will be in one area. (You will need to submit any previous courses)  You will receive a student workbook with CD, supplied by the MESB. Sufficient breaks will be included for attendees. No food or uncovered containers of liquid are permitted in the classroom. You must be present and participate in ALL units of instruction to be eligible for COML class certification from the OEC (Office of Emergency Communications).  Please read state standard 3.17.0 for requirements on obtaining state certification. There is a task book that must be completed within 3 years of taking this class.
