Please note:This is a locally sponsored COML course by an OEC approved instructor. Submission of this form does not guarantee placement in the class. First Priority will be given to Minnesota Metro agencies, which will support state certification (state standard 3.17.0). Second Priority; Greater Minnesota agencies that will support certification. Last Priority; out of Minnesota agencies that will support their state acknowledgment of the COML program. You will be notified of acceptance and must respond to that notification.Any questions can be directed to the course coordinator.
