A.    SE Region talk groupThe members discussed the simplicity and versatility of the talk group structure that Tom presented.  The group discussed the actual operations of the system, and how resources would be allocated and by whom.  The members present agreed that the system presented by Tom Justin made the most sense.  The system would have regional talk groups that were available for all users regardless of affiliation.  A motion was made by and seconded to send the talk group concept out with the minutes for all members to review and discuss with their agency(s), and have a vote on its acceptance as the standard at the June meeting.
